1. General

Welcome to Etsumu. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Etsumu reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. All transactions and interactions with Etsumu are governed by New Zealand law.

2. Products & Use

Etsumu products are intended for personal wellness and intimate use. Products must be used only as directed. Etsumu is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, or neglect.

All product information and specifications on this website are provided in good faith and may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. Etsumu does not store card details and is not liable for any third-party payment processor issues once a transaction is complete.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion prior to shipment.

4. Shipping

International shipping may be offered; duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping fees, delivery timeframes, and applicable import duties or customs taxes are confirmed prior to order acceptance and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

For hygiene and safety reasons, Etsumu cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or once packaging has been opened. All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact support@etsumu.co.nz within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

To assist with assessment, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue

Etsumu may request that the item be returned for inspection before confirming a resolution. Etsumu is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or normal wear and tear.

6. Safety & Compliance

All Etsumu products are made from premium silicone that meets CE and RoHS certification standards, and the silicone materials conform to FDA guidelines for safety. Products should not be operated while charging or submerged beyond recommended use.

7. Privacy

Etsumu collects only the information necessary to process and deliver your order. Personal data is stored securely and handled with discretion. We never sell or disclose your information to third parties except as required for payment processing or delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Etsumu’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased. Etsumu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

9. Customer Service

You can contact us at support@etsumu.co.nz or via the contact form on our website. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Messages received after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be addressed the next working day.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
